5月10日TuoniaoX.com消息，Grayscale Investments 宣布成立信托基金 Grayscale Funds Trust，该基金是一个特拉华州的法定信托结构，支持该公司继续建立其 ETF 专营权。灰度此前成立的在美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 注册的投资顾问公司 Grayscale Advisors 将担任 Grayscale Funds Trust 发行的 ETF 的投资顾问。同时，Grayscale 还宣布已向美国证券交易委员会提交了关于 Grayscale Ethereum Futures ETF、Grayscale Global Bitcoin Composite ETF 和 Grayscale Privacy ETF 的注册文件，这三只基金都是 Grayscale Funds Trust 的系列基金。
